WIN! A cheese making course at High Weald Dairy worth £160

High Weald Dairy is a family run cheese dairy, based on the family farm in West Sussex.

Their cheese makers craft a delicious range of award winning cheeses from organic and non-organic cows’ milk, organic sheep milk and most recently goat milk. The conventional and the organic cows’ milk comes from local farms. The sheep milk is supplied by several sheep milking units, the largest milking over 700 ewes twice every day, and the goat milk comes from Kent.

The cheese is all made in High Weald’s modern dairy on the farm, which used to be the farm’s grain store and they only use pasteurised milk to make their cheese.

High Weald’s cheese is suitable for vegetarians as they only use vegetable rennet and they do not use artificial ingredients or processes. The dairy is also certified by the Soil Association and is a member of the Specialist Cheese Association as well as being SALSA accredited and audited.

Their cheeses are available to buy online, at local delicatessens, farm shops and independent food outlets.

And now they are giving away a cheese making course voucher worth £160! You can attend one of their courses at the dairy to learn to make simple cheeses at home with equipment available in your kitchen.
